先日、アメリカからレコードが届いた。
その小包の中に同封されていたのが all about jazz というタブロイド。
このフリーペーパーを発行しているのは誰だろうと思って、全ページすみずみまで読んだけど、まったく記載されていない。

しかたなくWEBで調べた。

ここらしい。

このPDF. よく読んでみたら、いわゆる「広告のご案内」。

フリーペーパー "all about jazz" に対する Testimonials（推薦のことば）がずらっと並んでいた。著名なジャズメンの名もあるので、紹介。

非常に字が小さくて読みにくい（大文字でさえ3mmから4mmぐらい）。
アメリカ人は視力が良い人ばっかなんだろうか。

埋め込み式の Windows Media Player が再生する、2時間41分41秒にわたるニューヨークのジャズ・シーン。
clubではなく、theaterなので、やっぱりこんな雰囲気になってしまうんだろう。

でも、楽しんだ。

イベント会場などで超有名ジャズメンに簡単に会えるんだから。
